Florence Nagy Sets Retirement Date

After over 16 years of exemplary service to MMRMA, Senior Claims Adjuster Florence Nagy has announced her retirement effective June 30, 2015.

Florence joined our team in 1999 and, over the years, she developed lasting relationships with our members and various service provider partners. In handling property losses, she was the person members would call after an accident, fire, flood, windstorm, or other unpleasant event. Florence was always there to help the member in a calm, steady, and reassuring manner as she facilitated claim payments and assisted members in restoring their operations.

Florence’s expertise in property coverage made her the recognized expert in handling complex property claims. She was active in Michigan PRIMA, the International Association of Insurance Professionals, and earned her CPCU designation. Through it all, she was 100% member focused and became known as “Friendly Florence” for her exceptional member service skills.

The MMRMA family will miss Florence very much. So please join me in wishing her all the best as she embarks on the next chapter of her life.
