Jack Barron Set to Retire

Posted: Friday, June 19, 2015

MMRMA Risk Control Consultant Jack Barron has announced his retirement effective June 30, 2015.

Jack’s career with MMRMA began in 1992 and spanned over 23 years. During his tenure, MMRMA’s risk control program has evolved to be nationally recognized for excellence. Jack devoted extensive efforts to the Administrative Risk Control Advisory Committee and, over the years, helped prepare a wealth of valuable risk control resources related to employment practices, land use, open meeting laws, FOIA, and many other important risk management topics. He also developed special expertise in risk control for health facilities and provided recommendations to help our health-related members improve safety and avoid loss. Jack’s experience and expertise have significantly contributed to our many successes as we enter our 36th year.

Jack also developed long-term, enduring relationships with our members and service provider partners. His steadfast and professional approach made him a trusted advisor to our members. Jack’s friendly face and smile are familiar sights at MMRMA’s meetings and conferences. He will certainly be missed.

Please join us in wishing Jack and his family all the best as he embarks on the next leg of his life’s journey.
