Louise Duchesneau Announces Retirement

Posted: Friday, February 23, 2018

MMRMA employee Louise Duchesneau is retiring from her full-time position of Senior Claims Adjuster effective February 28, 2018.  Hired in 2001, Louise’s tenure with MMRMA has largely been spent assisting members in resolution of their claims.  Louise’s familiar, friendly communication with members will be missed, especially by State Pool members, who have become accustomed to her capable claims resolution skills.

To achieve a smooth transition and following a brief respite, Louise will return to MMRMA in mid-April in a temporary, part-time capacity adjusting claims and performing other duties on behalf of our members.  This assignment will run through mid-July, at which time Louise will ride off into the sunset of a well-deserved end to a 46-year career in the risk management and insurance industry.

Louise looks forward to her retirement, which will include stints in warm and sunny Florida and time spent socializing and relaxing with family and friends.  Please join us in thanking Louise for her many years of dedicated work on behalf of the MMRMA and its members, and wishing her well in retirement.
