Senior Counsel Tim Belanger Retiring October 1

Posted: Tuesday, September 18, 2018

Senior Counsel Tim Belanger has retired from MMRMA effective October 1, 2018.

For 25 years, Tim has been a valuable member of the MMRMA team. He was already a veteran lawyer with two decades of litigation experience when he joined MMRMA in 1993 as Claims Attorney. He was later named Senior Claims Attorney, a role in which he continued to excel.

Tim later took on the new position of Senior Counsel in 2016. In all of these capacities, Tim has worked closely with MMRMA members, his fellow staff, and outside attorneys to facilitate settlements and achieve successful outcomes.

According to Tim, it was a difficult decision to retire because he has so enjoyed his work at MMRMA. He looks forward to spending more time with his wife, Marti, and their children and grandchildren. Travel is also on his to-do list, including an upcoming cruise to Hawaii.

Please join us in thanking Tim for his many years of dedicated work on behalf of MMRMA and its members. We wish Tim and Marti many happy adventures!
