MMRMA Publishes New Brochure on Workplace Harassment Complaints

Posted: Friday, October 12, 2018

In light of member inquiries and the response we have received to our Sexual Harassment Active Bystander training, MMRMA is pleased to announce a newly revised model policy, Prevention and Response to Workplace Harassment Complaints. Developed by the Administrative Risk Control Advisory Committee, the model guidelines and sample policy are intended to assist members in formulating their own policies and work rules to prevent and resolve workplace harassment complaints, including complaints of sexual harassment, and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.

Logged-in users at can find the Prevention and Response to Workplace Harassment Complaints document in the Members Only section under the Model Policies and Procedures Brochures - Administrative dropdown heading.
