MMRMA Announces RAP/CAP Grant Updates, New Forms Effective July 1, 2019

Posted: Friday, May 31, 2019

MMRMA is proud to be Michigan’s leader in public entity pooling. Several attributes set us apart and contribute to the continued success of MMRMA and its members. The Risk Avoidance Program (RAP) and Certification and Accreditation Program (CAP) grants are just two of the ways MMRMA gives back to the membership.

At the most recent Membership Committee meeting on May 10, 2019, the committee reviewed a number of proposed changes to RAP and CAP guidelines, grant criteria, and application forms. Please see each application and a summary of the revisions here (right-click and Save As):

All of the revisions become effective July 1, 2019. After this date, any grant requests submitted using old forms will be returned to the applicant. Members are encouraged to contact Membership Services staff to assist with grant applications. Requests for assistance should be made well in advance of the application deadline, or grant submission may be delayed.

For additional information or any questions regarding the Risk Avoidance Program (RAP) or Certification and Accreditation Program (CAP), please contact Cara Ceci, Manager of Risk Management Services, at cceci@mmrma.org or 734-513-0300.
