MMRMA Updates Resource on Risk Management of Fats, Oils, and Grease to Avoid Sewer Backups

The Public Services Risk Control Advisory Committee recently reviewed and updated the model policy Sewer Backup: Guidelines for Risk Management of Fats, Oils, and Grease.

This updated resource reflects the continued value of its content. It is intended to help MMRMA members reduce such risks by creating ordinances, inspection procedures, and training to address this problem.
