MMRMA Senior Claims Adjuster Frank Hughes Retires

Posted: Monday, January 14, 2013

Senior Claims Adjuster Frank Hughes is retiring from MMRMA this month after more than 15 years of service.

“I’m proud and grateful to have been a part of this organization,” says Frank. “I’ll miss not only my coworkers, but also the members I’ve had the opportunity to work with over the years,” he adds. “I have really enjoyed the relationships I developed with so many of them.”

Frank looks forward to traveling and working on his hobbies, including restoring old cars. Most importantly, he’ll have a lot more time to spend with his wife, Jill, and the rest of the family, including his five daughters and five grandchildren.

“Frank always maintains an upbeat attitude,” says Director of Claims Michael Ellis. “He has a quick wit, and his quips became almost expected in our meetings.”

As an integral part of the claims team and the entire staff, Frank’s hard work and input have helped keep MMRMA strong and successful. “His contributions are genuinely appreciated,” says Executive Director Michael Rhyner.
“Frank and his quiet sense of humor will be sorely missed,” adds Michael Ellis.

Please join MMRMA in wishing Frank Hughes a long, happy, and healthy retirement.
